Youth Baseball Camp

Back by popular demand, KCAA is hosting our second annual Youth Baseball Camp at Hendon Park! This year’s camp will be a 1 day, 4-hour training session for youths aged 6-14.

Our Intermediate/Advanced Workshop will place a special emphasis on technical skills and strategic gameplay, led by Royce Ando—a former NCAA Division I athlete and current hitting coach at Total Baseball Training Facility. With over a decade of elite playing and coaching experience, including with Team Canada, the Barrie Baycats, and the Ontario Blue Jays, Coach Ando brings high-level instruction to help players take their game to the next level.

Snacks and drinks will be provided. Please let us know of any allergies or dietary restrictions.

A glove is the only required equipment. All other equipment is optional.

Please bring a water bottle.

Lunch will NOT be provided. Please ensure your child has eaten before arrival.

 

Please read the workshop descriptions carefully before selecting the appropriate skill level for your child:

Beginner

PRICE: $60

For kids who are new to baseball or have limited experience.

Focus on learning the fundamentals:

• Throwing

• Catching

• Basic hitting

• Base running

• Understanding the rules of the game

Intermediate/Advanced

PRICE: $80

For kids who have played before (house league or higher).

Focus on developing skills and game strategy:

• Swing mechanics

• Fielding technique

• Refining throws

• Base running

• Game awareness and decision-making
